Q is for…Qi

Recently, I have been playing quite a bit of Words with Friends…especially with my sister with whom we somehow have two ongoing games at any given time. “Qi” has come to my rescue more than once in these games. But until today, I didn’t even know what it meant. When I looked it up the first entry just said: “noun; pinyin.” Hmm…that doesn’t help. But when I scrolled down some more, I learned that “qi” is a variation of “chi” which is the vital energy believed to circulate around the body in currents. So, like prana in yoga, which is really cool!

Now you can go forth and know what Qi means, and use deep breathing and meditation to balance your own! Namaste. 🙂
